Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, and the therapist, the following policies are in place:
24-hour advance notice is required when rescheduling an appointment. For example: 1pm appointment on Wed must be canceled no later than 1pm on Tues. Please notify us on Sunday for a Monday appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule a session. If you cannot give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your session. The appointment will not be rescheduled, nor refunded. In the case of Gift Certificates, they will become null and void.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to miss their session for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” session in full. In the case of Gift Certificates, they will become null and void.
You may text at any hour or day to let us know you are canceling. That text will be time-stamped for rescheduling purposes.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to be on time for others whose reserved time follows yours. Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment received, you will be responsible for the “full” session rate. Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and others, please plan accordingly and be on time, 5 min early is best. Local traffic can be a "Bear" we all know it.
ALL Sessions are Pre-Paid BEFORE being "inked" on the schedule and will remain open to another client until payment is received and confirmed. There are discounts for multiple sessions purchased.
When booking an appointment a more detailed email will be sent out, which will include intake paperwork depending on which type of appointment you are scheduling.
