Meet your practitioner,  Lorrie Chelfini-Bolanos Board Certified CMT, HHP, I-ACT Trained Colon Hydrotherapist and Lymphatic Drainage Specialist..

When Lorrie first moved to California from Boston, MA  over 30 years ago. She put down roots, married, and raised two children in the Temecula Valley.  As her children got older, she went back to school and became certified in massage therapy and bodywork in 2010. 

Lorrie has a passion for bodywork and caring for her clients.  She is trained in multiple modalities, such as Cupping Therapies, Deep Tissue, Migraine/Headache Relief, Thai / Shiatsu, Pregnancy, and Oncology massage.  She strives each session to provide a unique and healing massage that meets your body’s needs.                                                      

Lorrie believes that a great massage begins with proper communication and breathing. Her gentle, yet effective approach helps to relax and heal overworked and injured areas. She believes in empowering clients to care for their bodies through movement and self-care. Her extensive work experience and continuing education have provided opportunities to provide relief for patients in Spas and Sports Clubs, Integrative Medicine Clinic, Acupuncture, and Chiropractic Offices, as well as treating children and hospice patients.

Over the last 5 years working in an integrative medicine setting, as well as having her own experience with serious gut issues, she has become passionate about helping others get their 2nd Brain back on track.  THE GUT!  Her Clients, in varying stages of gut health, have found a series of Colon Hydrotherapy/Colonics, has been life-altering. Lorrie also offers additives to help this process along.  

Lorrie graduated from Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in 2010 and is California certified by the California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC), and Board Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB).  She is also a member of the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT), Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) and the International Cupping Therapy Association (ICTA)
